Lafarge Cement will move into its new £22m Oxfordshire headquarters in September.
The three-storey L-shaped building, which will be known as Portland House, will be a showcase for the creative use of concrete and cement.
It will include the first commercial use of Ductal - an ultra high performance concrete developed by Lafarge that is reinforced by organic or steel fibres.
The project has a BREEAM rating of "very good".
