Birse Civils appointed on Scarborough development

Birse Civils has been appointed by Scarborough Borough Council and Caddick Developments to help deliver a new mixed-use development in the region.

The new Scarborough Business Park scheme will comprise of over a million square feet of industrial and office accommodation and hotel, restaurant and retail space.

Construction will be carried out of the next 12 months, including the creation of new roads through the site, and the upgrading of existing road junctions onto the A64.
