Durkan is set to convert a 12-storey office building in Croydon, south London, into 189 apartments, plus penthouses and mews homes in a £40m project to be known as Bauhaus. The scheme, just off the High Street, is set for completion during early summer 2008.
Also in Croydon, Durkan plans to convert another redundant office building in Scarbrook Road into homes as part of a £27m project.
