Two contractors have won a housing deal in London and the Home Counties worth up to £80m.
Kent-based Denne Maintenance has scooped Moat Housing Association's repairs and maintenance partnering project, which is potentially worth a total value of £60m over 20 years.
The deal covers responsive repairs to 8,000 rented and sheltered homes and has an annual budget of around £3m.
Apollo picked up the second Moat deal, known as the planned and major works partnering project. This is worth £20m.
This covers a programme of works to around 1,000 homes over a five-year period.
Moat owns and manages nearly 15,000 homes in Kent, Sussex, Essex, Hertfordshire and south London.
