Five firms share £40m MHA care homes work

Five contractors will deliver new homes for elderly people for the MHA Care Group under a £40m four-year programme.

The line-up is Termrim Construction, SDC Builders, Thomas Vale, Castleoak Care Partnerships and Leadbitter.

Castleoak and Leadbitter are also two of three firms chosen by Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association to build between 10 and 20 care/nursing homes ranging from £3m to £10m each under a four-year framework deal.

The other winner is HN Edwards & Partners.
