The Guardian reports on Transport for London’s (TfL) £2bn dispute with Metronet regarding cost overruns on the London Underground. TfL told PPP arbiter rail regulator Chris Bolt that Metronet should not receive a penny more of public money. It quoted a TfL source as “very confident” about its case.
