Freyssinet ties up deal with Makers UK

Freyssinet has acquired the majority of the Northern Infrastructure business assets of Makers UK, a subsidiary of Keller Group.

The assets comprise most of the active contracts in Scotland, Ireland and northern England. All employees will transfer as part of the acquisition. The move is part of Freyssinet's strategy of expansion in its repair activities.

The new business will trade under the name Makers Freyssinet.
