Benny Kelly, head of Sir Robert McAlpine's flagship London and South East division, is to step down at the end of this year.
Kelly, who has been with Sir Robert McAlpine since 1968, is to stay on the board and will remain involved with a number of high profile projects, including the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, the Cabot Circus shopping centre in Bristol, and Leicester's Highcross Quarter development.
His replacement will be Vince Corrigan, currently commercial manager for the London and South East division. Corrigan, who has also been involved with negotations for the Olympic stadium, will take over from Kelly on 1 January. Grant McGregor will be the new London and South East commercial manager.
One other board director retiring is David Boyle, regional manager for Scotland, who will step down at the end of the year after 40 years with Sir Robert McAlpine. His replacement is Boyd McFee.
