Norwest Holst sells £5.8m portable accommodation fleet to A-Plant

Norwest Holst has sold its portable accommodation fleet to A-Plant for £5.8m and entered into a five year sole supply agreement under which the hirer will supply all its site accommodation. The contract guarantees minimum rental income of £5m but is expected to be worth significantly more.

In 1987 Norwest sold Key Plant, its plant and tool hire business, to A-Plant - since this time the hirer has been a been a major supplier of its plant, tools, falsework, formwork, powered access machines, generation and welding equipment.
