Worsley Plant, the company behind the SED award-winning Dig A Crusher crushing buckets has launched a range of screener bucket attachments under the Dig A Screener brand.
The move sees Dig A Screener offer a total of 18 models in three series: the S Series (screening bucket); the R Series (rotating screening bucket); and the V Series (vibrating screening bucket); .
The machines attach to the hammer line on excavators ranging from 10t to 35t.
The Cheshire-based firm will sell the units directly as well as through a network of eight dealers across the UK.
Worsley Plant managing director Sean Heron said that he hoped the new models would appeal to existing Dig A Crusher customers, as well as companies in the groundworks, road building, civil engineering, pipelines, remediation, waste transfer and quarrying sectors.
The S series, which is designed to screen and mix wet and sticky materials will be available in three versions: the original S series; the SH – a heavy duty version; and the SM mixing bucket, which is preset with larger blades.
The R Series is a rotating trommel type screening drum, which will screen material from 75mm to 6mm.
Meanwhile the V series is a vibrating riddle bucket designed to load concrete crushers, backfill trenches and segregate demolition waste prior to recycling.
