Osborne bags Kent social housing deal

Osborne has bagged a £3.25m maintenance deal for Kent-based registered social housing landlord, Russet.

The deal will run on partnering principles for an initial 15-month period and includes day-to-day maintenance on the 6,400 rented homes controlled by Russet in west Kent.

Russet managing director Keith Andrews said: “The partnership with Osborne represents an exciting opportunity for us to work with a large and established specialist contractor who will provide new ideas and working practices.”

Russet is part of the Circle Anglia Group and has previously worked with other contractors, including RJ Barwick and Rydon. Osborne already works for Circle 33 Housing, which is also part of Circle Anglia.
