HBG has picked-up two health schemes worth a combined total of £460m.
The firm is preferred bidder on the £300m Swansea Hospital redevelopment and on the £160m Biomedical Sciences scheme at Addenbrooke Hospital in Cambridgeshire.
The Swansea Hospital scheme will see the existing hospital redeveloped through a mix of refurbishment and new build work.
The contract was let under the Welsh Health Estates Designed for Life framework. HBG beat off fellow framework members Interserve and Laing O'Rourke to win the scheme.
The Addenbrooke Hospital job will see HBG deliver a new build medical research centre under a new design and build contract.
The scheme is part of the Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's wider plan to develop the site into a major Biomedical Campus.
