Two men were killed last week in falls from London building sites at Westminster and Wandsworth.
A scaffolder in his 20s died in hospital on Thursday after falling from a building in Horse Guards Avenue, Westminster at 11.25am.
Later that day, a 28-year-old man, believed to be a builder, died after falling from a site on Shuttleworth Road, Wandsworth, at about 12.30pm.
Police and the Health and Safety Executive are investigating the accidents. The deaths came just days before builders gathered in London to mark Workers' Memorial Day to remember those killed at work.
