The shortlist for this year’s Contract Journal Best Places to Work in Construction is out – and if you are on it, many congratulations.
The Awards, sponsored by ConstructionSkills and Hays Construction, are designed to recognise and reward forward-thinking companies who run great businesses with happy, productive and enthusiastic staff.
This year, we have had more entries than ever, from a wider range of companies, and so any firm making the shortlist has done extremely well to become a finalist.
Now, all shortlisted firms will be invited to attend the Contract Journal Best Places to Work in Construction Awards on 18 June at Lord’s Cricket Ground in St Johns Wood, London.
The final results are a closely guarded secret, and are only revealed at the Contract Journal Best Places to Work in Construction Awards.
Winning one of these Awards is a huge achievement, and that’s why we make our annual Awards lunch a day to remember.
The lunchtime event starts with a drinks reception, followed by a fantastic three course lunch and an entertaining after-lunch speaker, and then onto the Awards ceremony itself – with the added option of a guided tour of Lords at the end of the event.
All finalists will be sent full details about how you and your colleagues, friends and clients can join us for the Awards ceremony on Wednesday 18 June.
All shortlisted firms will also receive a Contract Journal Best Places to Work in Construction 2008 finalist logo, which can
be used on company stationery, recruitment advertising or any company material.
More details on the Awards – including the judging process, Awards ceremony, sponsors and previous winners – can be found on www.cjbestplacestowork.co.uk
