Vp buys Arcotherm and DJ Tool Hire

Equipment rental specialist Vp has strengthened its Hire Station subsidiary with the purchase of another two businesses: Arcotherm (UK) and DJ Tool Hire.

It has paid £650,000 in cash for Arcotherm (UK), which specialise in the hire and sale of heaters, air conditioners and dehumidifiers from branches in Stoke on Trent and Oxford. The company has been trading for over 15 years and the business and management team will be integrated within Hire Station’s Climate Hire division.

DJ Tool Hire has been bought out of administration for an undisclosed sum. The company is based in the North East and will be integrated into Hire Station’s tool hire network to strengthen its presence in the region.
