NP300 is the name given to Nissan’s successor to the D22 pickup – and while powered by the same 133hp, 2.5-litre dCi engine, the technicians have brought the power unit up to current Euro 4 emissions regulations, so it can continue to be sold through the UK.
The NP300 will be available as a 4x4 in a single cab (and with tipper body option), two-door extended king cab and four-door double cab model, and a 4x2 single cab is coming too, for those who need an entry-level truck without a costly four-wheel drive transmission.
All models get a five-speed transmission and payloads extend to 1,130kg, while towing capacities are up to 3000kg depending on the model.
This single-cab, 4x4 tipper version offers an 850kg payload and a 2800kg braked towing capacity.
