Ryhurst and McAlpine bag £30m PFI job

A consortium of Ryhurst and Sir Robert McAlpine have been confirmed as winners of a £30m hospital and health centre PFI job in Redcar, Teesside.

The Department of Health gave the consortium the green light in November, and final negotiations are now complete, with construction work due to start on the West Dyke Road site immediately.

CJ tipped the consortium for the job back in December 2006.
