Woman strips for wolf-whistling workers

Road-side workers had their wishes granted when an Israeli woman tired of their wolf-whistling ripped her clothes off on the street.

The woman was about to use a cash-point machine in the main street of Kerikeri in New Zealand when the men started whistling.

She stripped off and withdrew some cash before getting dressed and calmly walking away.

Police said the woman told them she had done it in protest, reported the New Zealand Press Association (NZPA).

“She said she had thought 'bugger them, I'll show them what I've got',” police sergeant Peter Masters told NZPA.

“She gave the explanation that she had been ... pestered by New Zealand men. She's not an unattractive-looking lady.

“She was taken back to the police station and spoken to and told that was inappropriate in New Zealand.”
