GB Building Solutions wins £14m leisure centre building contract

GB Building Solutions has nabbed a £14m contract to build a leisure centre at Botwell Green.

The company, fast becoming a leisure centre specialist having built four such centres in the past three years, will start work within weeks.

Botwell Green will be a horse-shoe shaped building containing a multi-use leisure complex and community centre with a 25m eight lane pool, learner pool, café, library and gym facilities.

It will take 72 weeks to complete and be handed over to the London Borough of Hillingdon.
