British Airways (BA) will transfer its full long-haul operation to Heathrow’s troubled Terminal 5 in October.
BA had originally planned to move most of its long-haul flights to T5 on April 30 but delayed it to June after the disastrous opening of the new terminal.
The flights will now move from T4 to T5 in two phases, with the first on September 17 and the second at the end of October, the Financial Times reports.
The opening of T5 in March was marred with flight cancellations and baggage problems.
