Three firms are vying to check in for a money-spinning hotel refurb deal in central London.
Bovis Lend Lease, John Sisk and north London-based Chorus Group are due to pick up the tender paperwork soon for the £70m total makeover of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hamilton Place.
The project includes the construction of a spa complex on the hotel's roof.
A start on site is expected during the last quarter of this year for completion in just under two years.
