Amco Corporation changes name to Billington

Amco Corporation has announced that its name is to change to Billington Holdings.

The switch follows the sale of the construction division to its management team for £9m in April.

That move left Amco with Billington Structures as its core operation. It made a £4.6m profit last year and started 2008 with its best-ever orderbook.
