Willmott Dixon seals £30m Cardiff university partnership deal

Willmott Dixon has beaten off Pearce and Leadbitter to become the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff's (UWIC) first-ever single-source construction partner.

The deal will deliver up to £30m-worth of capital investment in infrastructure and facilities, with a mix of new build and refurb work.

The framework will initially run for three years, with the possibility of a 12-month extension, and is seen as an integral part of UWIC's 10-year plan to revamp the university.
