Galliford Try lands £85m of affordable housing jobs

Galliford Try has landed £85m-worth of affordable housing contracts, it has announced.

The firm said the four deals, all in London and the South East, would see the construction of 671 afforsable homes for rent and shared ownership.

The contracts are:

  • A £34.5m development at Innova Park, Enfield, to build 336 apartments and houses for Circle Anglia Housing Association.
  • A £11m development of 80 homes in Plaistow, east London, for Circle Anglia.
  • A £23m project to build 136 apartments for One Housing Group in Hornsey, east London.
  • A £16m deal to build 119 apartments in Plumstead, south east London for ASRA Greater London Housing Association.
