Construction at the two facilities in Morley and Armley for Leeds City Council will begin immediately and are due for completion on 2010.

Interserve will operate the leisure centres for 25 years.

Both centres will have a 25m main swimming pool, a 10m learner pool, gym, two sports halls, dance studio and cafe.

Partnerships for Schools, Education Leeds, Leeds City Council and Interserve's consortium have a 10-year strategic partnership to deliver the Leeds BSF programme.
