Durkan wins £70m Clapham housing job

Durkan has won a £70m deal to build 229 homes and refurbish a further 537 in south west London for Clapham Homes.

The first phase of the works, which will see refurbishment of 67 existing homes, will start in autumn this year.

Robert Clark, managing director of Durkan, commented: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Clapham Park Homes to undertake the design and refurbishment of the Clapham Park Estate.”
