Mitie wins £17.5m Decent Homes job

Mitie has bagged a £17.5m four-year Decent Homes contract for Bracknell Forest Homes.

The contract, which begins in September, will see Mitie fitting new kitchens and bathrooms to around half of the housing association's 5,600 properties.

Adrian Dawson of Mitie's Property Services division said: "We work with social housing providers across the country and we understand that having a new kitchen or bathroom can make a huge difference for their customers."
