Norwest graduates onto £30m Barnet College deal

Norwest Holst has taken a £30m deal to design and construct a new 14,000m² building as part of a campus redevelopment project at Barnet College, north London.

The new building will be mostly three-storey high and organised around a south-facing atrium accommodating esclators, stair cores and main circulation routes.

Work on site starts at the end of August and is scheduled to last 121 weeks.
