HBG claims £47.5m West Herts College scheme

HBG has graduated onto a £47.5m deal to build a new college campus in Watford for West Herts College.

The scheme will rationalise the current two campuses in the town into one.

Work involves the construction of a three- and four-storey concrete-framed building to house classrooms, lecture rooms, a theatre and offices.

Following demolition work, the new project will finally be handed over in March 2011.
