Mansell wins Ministry of Defence deal in Norfolk

Mansell has passed muster for a £4.5m Ministry of Defence deal in Norfolk.

The task is the design and build of a new Junior Ranks Mess at RAF Honington, with tenders evaluated in terms of price, technical merit and overall value for money. 

The project includes roadways and car parks, plus soft and hard landscaping.
