BAM Construct (formerly HBG) has won a £40m deal to build water company Severn Trent's new offices in Coventry.
Construction on the two-year programme to build the 16,000m2 facility, which will house 1,700 Severn Trent staff, has already started.
The company also revealed that it has won an £18m contract to build the Q3 Academy in Great Barr. Q3 will replace the existing Dartmouth High School.
And BAM also announced the signing of a £4.5m deal to extend the Grade II-listed Slingfield Mill in Kidderminster in order to provide another two floors of retail space for department store Debenhams, and three floors of accommodation for a future hotel fit-out.
