Meanwhile Carillion features in two new shortlists. The firm is up against Aura (Sir Robert McAlpine/Robertson Capital Projects/Parsons Brinckerhoff) and Emeye Rochdale (Willmott Dixon) for the £196m Rochdale BSF scheme.
