NG Bailey has won a £13m contract to fit out 10 new office buildings at the 75,000m2 Maxim Office Park in North Lanarkshire.
Bailey Building Systems will design, supply and install the mechanical and electrical systems in the building.
Maxim Office Park will achieve a 'very good' BREEAM rating using sustainable technologies, including the use of high performance glazing and energy efficient lighting systems.
The project is scheduled for completion in March 2010. Bowmer & Kirkland is the main contractor.
Mark Andrews, chief executive of NG Bailey said: "This is a really exciting project for us and it is fantastic to be working with Bowmer & Kirkland on their largest project to date."
