BAM scores £24m schools deal in Lancashire

BAM Construction (formerly HBG) has clinched a £24m schools deal in Lancashire.

The firm is expected to begin work by the close of the year on the Culcheth High School project in Warrington.

The job involves demolishing the present secondary school and constructing a new secondary school.

The deal is part of the borough council's Building Schools for the Future programme.
