Apollo has revealed that it has won public sector building and refurbishment contractors worth £46.6m since August 2008.

The contracts, all around London and the South East, are predominantly under Decent Homes. Other contracts are for a community centre, school, and hospital.

Apollo said it had been appointed by the following bodies:

  • Old Ford Housing Association
  • Hyde Housing Association
  • Kings College London
  • The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
  • Metropolitan Housing Trust
  • London Borough of Southwark (two contracts)
  • Family Mosaic
  • Affinity Sutton (two contracts)
  • London Borough of Lambeth
  • Kensington and Chelsea Primary Care Trust

Rob McGregor, managing director for the Apollo Group, said:  “These appointments see Apollo at the heart of a series of important investment projects which will deliver better services for local communities.  Winning thirteen new contracts for eleven clients in one hit is a great result.”
