BAM closes on £75m Islington office deal

It is understood that BAM Construction (formerly HBG) has reached the second-stage tender point on a £75m office development in Islington.

This looks like the end of the road for John Sisk, understood to be the only other firm that pitched for the scheme.

The Angel Centre project involves the refurb and extension of a five-storey office block for client The New River Company.

Work on site is scheduled to begin next year.
