Police and safety authorities are investigating the death of a 35-year-old man killed in a workplace accident in West Yorkshire last week.
The man was working near New Road in Luddendenfoot when the accident occurred at around 12.15pm.
West Yorkshire police said he died at the scene, but refused to give details of the accident.
Preliminary reports suggest he may have been killed after becoming trapped beneath an item of earthmoving equipment.
The Health and Safety Executive confirmed it had launched an investigation with police and that the coroner had been informed.
