Verry scoops £12m Wandswsorth deal

William Verry starts work in January on a £12m deal to build 71 apartments, plus offices and shops in Wandsworth, south London.

Work for Metro Shopping Fund will run for a year. Verry is also negotiating for the next phase of the project.
