SDC has been confirmed as winner of a £20m contract to build affordable housing at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge for housing association Sanctuary.
Sanctuary has already completed the refurbishment of 791 units for Cambridge University Hospital's NHS Trust and bought land for this latest project on a 99-year lease.
Planning permission for 292 one-, two- and three-bedroom flats for medical staff was secured in April and SDC will start on site in December. Work is expected to take 18 months.
