Chartered surveyor falls through roof skylight in Basingstoke

A chartered surveyor is recovering after falling through a skylight on a job in Basingstoke.

The man, aged in his 50s, was working on a site in the town last Thursday when the accident occurred.

He was rushed to hospital in a serious condition, but is now listed as stable.

The Health and Safety Executive said it had sent an inspector to the site to investigate.
