Rok wins £12m north London housing deal

Rok starts work next month on a £12m framework deal in north London to adapt homes for disabled people.

It is understood that Haringey Council will award all the work to Rok, which sent in the cheapest price, but has Mulalley and EffectAble Construction as reserve bidders in case its preferred contractor's work fails to come up to scratch.

Work includes kitchen and bathroom conversions and installing lifts.
