Kier tipped for £35m Hertfordshire college deal

A preferred contractor is on the verge of being appointed for a £35m college redevelopment deal in Hertfordshire.

The word among insiders is that Kier Build has trumped a pitch from Willmott Dixon for the revamp of North Hertfordshire College’s Hitchin campus.

The 14,000m2 scheme is intended to replace “obsolete accommodation” with “fit-for purpose” facilities.
