Morgan Ashurst wins £20m Perth prison redevelopment

Morgan Ashurst has won a £20.2m contract for the third and final phase of redevelopment work on HMP Perth for the Scottish Prison Service (SPS).

The work will include the creation of a new visitor centre complex.

The contractor will also build a new access road, visitor car park and perimeter security wall.

Work is due for completion in 2010.
