Norwest Holst, Rok and Galliford Try chase £25m Rutland school

Norwest Holst, Rok and Galliford Try are fighting over a £25m new-build school deal in Oakham for Rutland County Council.

Work on the 'Big Build' project is expected to start in March. The new school is due open in September 2010, when the plan is to build housing on the site of the present school, which will be demolished.

The new 900-place school will include a sports and leisure centre.
