Muir Construction clinches £12m Dundee deal

Muir Construction has taken an £11.7m contract to build an office complex in Dundee.

The complex, for Unicorn Property Group, is due to be ready for occupation by the middle of 2010.

The 10,000m² project, on the banks of the River Tay, is part of the DundeeOne scheme aimed at regenerating the city over the next 20 years.
