Rok gets £200m Zurich contract extension

Insurance company Zurich has extended its contract with Rok Insurance Services for a minimum of five years, in a deal worth £200m.

Rok's insurance claims centre will handle claims from Zurich Insurance policy holders from first notification through to resolution and completion of repairs.

The contractor added that it has also been named Zurich Insurance's claims management provider for all direct building claims of less than £10,000.
