Countryside Partnerships to start £50m Catford regeneration next summer

Countryside Partnerships is set to start work next summer on a £50m regeneration deal in Catford, south London.

The project includes 590 homes, shops, offices and a community centre at the Catford Greyhound Stadium.

The scheme will be phased over five years for client Homes and Communities Agency, formerly English Partnerships.
