OFT probe firm Dukeries Building Co in administration

Another company named in the Office of Fair Trading's (OFT) list of 112 contractors alleged to have been involved in cover pricing has entered administration.

Mansfield-based Dukeries Building Co ceased trading on 9 December, according to local press reports.

The move brings the number of company's on the OFT's Statement of Objections which have entered administration or ceased trading to 11.

A twelfth company, Thomas Fish, entered administration in April but was bought out by entrepreneur Chek Whyte and is still trading.
