Barratt has raised £46m by selling assets from its Wilson Bowden development arm, as it continues to try and pay down its £1.7bn debt.
The house builder is cashing in on the sale of industrial land and buildings.
It has already rasied £109m after it sold two sites in Wrexham and Glasgow.
Barratt said the disposal of assets from the division was ongoing.
