This is one of a series of articles looking at the content that users found most of interest on ContractJournal.com during 2008.
In the year that the credit crunch bit, it was perhaps inevitable that stories about struggling companies dominated. Also of interest was the Olympics, health and safety, the new Construction Industry Scheme, and the odd light-heared story - notably the Office of Government Commerce's unusual choice of a new logo.
